We will use your private information to perform our debt negotiation and settlement services on your behalf and will disclose your personal information to your creditors only to the extent necessary to the performance of our service. We will also need to contact you in order to gather information on your debts and notify you of developments.
We will not provide your personal information to other companies that do not work with United Debt Services unless you notify us differently. We will not sell, share, or disclose your personal information to other companies.
We will otherwise disclose personal information only when there is a good faith belief it is necessary to comply with the law.
